Thank you for your question regarding Reflex One Stop
This product will not add excess unwanted bodyfat if used in conjuction with a good diet and training regime. I would still use the protein product if you aim is to loose fat, to help for growth and repair of the muscle.

Take the one stop prior exercise about 90 minutes prior,
take the weight gainer in the morning and post exercise

If "Onestop" contains creatine, does that mean I should cycle it? I don't want to take too much creatine as I have Creapure creatine already. (P.S Many thanks for all the questions you have answered)

Yes you cycle one stop 4-6 weeks on and then 3-4 weeks off. dont go above 15g creatine daily.

You can use this as a recovery product but PhD recover 2:1 would be better suited as that is what it has solely been designed for
