The Aspire-40 bar offers an incredible nutrient profile with a massive 40 grams of protein per bar.

To put this in context, that is approximately the same amount of protein as provided by two skinless chicken breasts! ........It is so well nutritionally balanced that it is often used on expeditions and ration supplies as a high protein “mini meal”.

In developing the Aspire-40 protein bar, we set about to have a product that ‘we would choose ourselves’, that anyone serious about their training and nutritional intake would seek out.

The end result of our product development led to what is now an established product widely used by sports people throughout Europe, packing 40 grams of protein, which is derived from the finest protein sources: Milk Protein Isolate and Whey Protein, and yet also low in sugars with just 1.6 grams of impact carbs.
