“ Great bench, heavy duty. One problem though, the standalone bench has 3 positions, approx 25 degree incline, 60 degree 90 degree and decline, its missing two key positions i feel, flat and 45 degree, iv had to fabricate new hooks and weld them on ”

“ There's quite a few five out of fives in the scores I gave it. That's because once you have something that meets all your needs, there's not much you can really complain about. It's solid, it's got great capacity. And it's very comfortable. I like! ”

Can you take the olympic sleeves off for the lat machine so you can use Standard weights on the lat machine?
Hi Mark,
You can remove the sleeves and use standard plates, but be aware that you wouldn't find a standard bar that is long enough to fit between the uprights if you would like to use standard weights for the bench press or squats.

1: Does the bench have an upright position for military press..and
2: Specs on another site said you had to to have 7ft bar with this rack not 6ft as stated. Can this be checked again please?
Many thanks Phil W
Hi Phil
Yes you could use this upright and yes it is a 7ft bar which you would need.
Thanks

1 basic questions:
Can the behcn do flat; 45 degree and 90 degree. Flay is V important. If so I'm aving it!!
Cheers
Hi Lee
Yes it is an adjustable bench.
If the bench can do all the positions including flat then why does the reviews contain a reviewer that has had to spot weld the frane to adjust to his prefered position! Regard. Lee
Does this system have a built in pull up /chin up bar ?
Hi Dave
No but it does have the lat pull down.
Kind regards
Danny
I have this and find that whilst doing bicep curls via the lat tower the weight stack always crashes into the top of the post even before I've completed a curl.
I've extended the supplied chain to full length and still have this problem (despite being of average height 5ft 10 inches).
Any suggestions why/solutions?
