“ Have owned this squat rack about a year and a half and am very happy with it. Rack can take up to 160kgs so perfect for the strength trainer (power lifters may require a power rack). But all in all a very good buy and must have for the home gym. ”

The barbell goes on the pins at the top of the picture. These can be taken out and adjusted at each height for your desired exercise.
