This is the only site that looks trustworthy enough to buy this from but I need the BOB that extends to 78 inches or 198cm for my BF. Can you tell me the spec and also would I be able to return it for a full refund if I get sent the wrong one? Many other sites have conflicting information.

Hi Laura Many thanks for your enquiry. This does extend, it liftsup the pole and slots in at different heights. We do not offer a collection service but it can be retunred. It is definatly the one that is height adjustable. REgards Katie
