Can you tell me which size ball gym ball I should be buying. I have seen a 65cm and 55cm ball and am not sure what the difference is?

Hi Linda,
The size of the ball generally reflects the height of the user. The 55cm ball is for anybody between 5'0" to 5'5". The 65cm ball 5'6" to 5'11".

No repair kit as such but to be honest you could try a biycle puncture kit.

Did anybody find a way to repair the gymball yet?
I tried the bicycle repair kit but this glue doesn't work because the material doesn't galvanise like a a tyre...
