Okay, "stupid" question...I bought this piece of equipment and it came with 4 brackets and a million screws, BUT no instructions! Help!!! So in other words, how do I attach the brackets and what are all the screws for?

Hello, is the bar adjustable to any height and will it damage the door frame at all?

The telescopic bar will fit most door frames without any damage occuring to the frame.

This product is fixed to the door frame using screws, if you want a similar alternative that doesnt requore screws id suggest looking at the Perfect Multi Gym
