I am interested in getting one of these to go im my home gym, but I can't understand why they are so much more expensive than a punch bag, is it purely because its a free standing punchbag? Or is there another reason?
Its is the material they are producued form they are moulded rubber in a figure if a person rather then the usual pv or leather.

Just want to double check that the stem is spring loaded so it has a bounce back effect when you strike it? Looks like it does from the picture, but it doesn't mention it in the product features. Please advise. Many thanks! :)

Yes it does have a spring mechanism and will bounch back when you hit it.
