The dry weight of this products is 18 kilos.
Unfortunately i can not tell you the weight when it is filled with sand or water but it takes about 5 liters of water to fill.

I live in a flat and was wondering how noisy the free standing bag is when hit, does it rattle and move about a lot.?

Can this training bag be used (and stored) outdoors?
Hi Julian,
I wouldn't recommend storing outdoors, as I wouldn't think it would be completely waterproof. Rain water could leak through the stitching and effect the foam inside.

Does this product have a similar feel as a normal punchbag, i have concerns about the foam construction.
Hi Matt,
This doesn't feel like a normal punchbag, it is soft due to the foam. You could inevitably use your bare fists on it. They are very sturdy as you fill the base with water or sand. Sand is prefered due to it being heavier.
