The same as the 500 bench, but with the addition of butterfly arms so you can perform chest flye (pec) exercises. Features:
3 position backrest, flat to incline
Leg unit with foam rollers
Barbell retaining hooks to keep the bar in place while you change weights

Yes this bench does fold away but there are no accesoryies available for it as it comes with all additional items such as leg extensions etc. The max weight limit including user is 200Kg and elivery can be made within 7-10 days from date of order.

what is the haviest weight you can put on bar??

No the weights are not included and you can put almost any weight on the bar, but the bench including user only takes 200Kg.
