If you are required to stay away from high carb foods when aiming to burn fat and lose weight then what type of foods should you eat to keep energy levels at their highest? I've tried previous low carb diets but they left me tired and unenergetic.

You would need low GI carbs such as brown rice , oats, oatmeal and to saty away from fast high GI carbs such as pasta and white potatoes. Also avoid carbs after 7pm.

Are these vegetarian? Are they in gelatine capsules??

Unfortunately these have gelatin in the capsule, so therefore are not suitable for vegetarians.

Regular exercise three times a week is recommended for average training. This product is suitable to use as it is mainly just a thermogenic fat burner.

I am 67 years of age and go to the gym three times a week. I am recovering from cancer and am six foot and 14 stone with a 40 inch waist. I need to shed some weight and lose some girth. I tend to use machines rather than free weights to help avoid injury. What supplements should I take to build some muscle yet lose weight?

Hi there, I am currently training 9 sessions a week with my uni rowing team. I need to lose an extra couple of kgs that seem 'hard to shift.' Will thermobol decrease the amount of energy or stregth etc and affect my performance? Please don't just say no because a decrease in rowing machine tests means a lot in my situation.Thanks

This will not decrease any thing. If anything it will increase your energy. It will help you to lose the extra weight with no effect to your muscle and muscle strenghts.
