The boxing ring timer is a multi use timer for proffesional boxing sessions and aerobic classes. Consists round time settings including interval, rest, number of rounds. Ithas an LCD screen with clear readout and built in speaker sound.

Yes this is mains operated and the volume can be adjusted.
'Work' I understand, how long the round is.
'Rest' I understand - how long the gap between rounds is.
'Rounds' is obvious.
What does the fourth knob do, the interval knob - what does it control?
Also, what is the maximum number of rounds?
Is there a bell for the last minute or last 30 seconds in a round?

Hi Ramin,
The interval button will set a beeper to sound within each round at certain intervals to aid pacing the round without the need for clock watching. This button has a '0' setting if not required. This feature can be used effectively as a motivational tool when teaching any studio/gym or boxing classes.
The rounds button goes from 2,4,6,8 or infinate setting.
