Hi,
I was just wondering what the booklet in this pack covered. I've found a similar product here http://www.yorkfitness.com/hotdeals-item-452/BBE-Starter-Package.html but the postage is £10 if your booklet covers the same things as that product I'd be willing to buy from you instead, even though the contents are different.

Hi Richard,
This booklet covers: How to make a fist, how to stand, the 4 basic punches, breathing, how to put handwraps on correctly, partner training, medicine ball training and how to use a skipping rope. It also covers punchbag and speedball training. I hope this helps.

What size are the gloves? - I think I need small. Thanks Amanda
I am adviced this gloves are of an average size, designed to fit as many hands as possible, as they are only bag mits they are protective in nature and do not need to be as tight fitting as sparring gloves, hope this helps.
