Approx 15kg in weight and and 4ft.
Why is this called a heavy punchbag, when it is lighter than the Lonsdale 3Ft/4Ft/5Ft Pu Punch Bags?
I want a bag that wont move about to much when i hit it, which would be better, this one, with the hook underneath for stability, or the heavier PU bags?

The pu bags are softer then this one. If you want a good heavy bag for a good price I would go for a 5ft pu bag.
