Hi, checking the delivery section of your site says delivery is only to the front door at street level. I live in a second floor flat but might have trouble getting this and the stand to my flat; is that a problem?
Do you call to arrange delivery in advance? I am normally at work so would have to arrange to be home to take delivery.

I can carry these bags myself and I am only 5ft 3"!! They would come with a normal courier, so there is a chance they would deliver to your door providing you are home and they can get into your building. We hold these in stock so I could arrange for it to leave us on a next day service (providing you order before 2pm) so you will know to be home.

Just wondering what bag would suit 4ft or 5ft. Really down to weight. I am 5'4, weight 60kg but I am told have a very good punch. I want the bag for general fitness rather than boxing. However I do not want to end up with a bag that is too light for me. Any advice??

A 4ft punch bag would be fine. you would only need a 5ft punch bag if you are wanting to kick it. there is not much difference in weight between the two. The other option would be to take a heavy or extra heavy puch bag which would be better for a stronger punch.
