You can buy a IRDA USB 2.0 Adapter that plugs into a port on your computer and uses infra red to collect information from your wrist unit.

It has the Uplink as standard which uploads from PC to wrist unit but you can buy the optional IrDA but you shouldn't need it.

Thank you for your question. It comes with the M-XXL belt but is fully adjustable. I have a Polar with this belt size and it adjusts enough to fit myself and my partner.
