I am a 12stone 19 year old male, I train at the gym between 3-4 times a week and have been doing so for about 5 years.
I have just placed an order for this product, but would just like to check on a few of the ingrediants.
Firstly the methyl-methoxyisoflavone, you seem not to have fully answered the questions on its anabolic properties, for example, many sources suggest cycling it for 4weeks on 1 week off, is the serving found in synergy high enough to warrant this?
Also Iv heard ZMA shouldnt be taken with milk and it leads to faster breakdown, is this an issue in this product?
Also in regards to the methoxy content, it has been proven to help burn fat, but you seem to advise against synergy for people not wanting to add bulk. Like I mentioned I am 12 stone and 6'2" and so am not at all overweight, but I still do not want to add fat, surely this shouldnt concern me with taking synergy??

yes i would recommend with synergy to cycle 4 weeks on 1 week off not just for the methoxy but also the creatine and HMB. due to the fact that it is creatine monohydrate your body has been shown to adjust to heightened levels of creatine and you will not have the same effects after continuous use. as for the milk, dont take synergy with milk. milk is not digested very easily and so will hinder the absorbtion of the protein. you wont add fat if you are eating well and training hard.

I have got this product, if i take this before and after training. and do cardio, and also eat 6 meals a day with high protein and calories(not to high in calories) also doing weights etc. would i keep the 4 pack i currently have now, if not gain a 6 pack and still gain lean muscle? or would this make me loose my 4 pack?

I've been using Synergy as a meal replacement on training days in an effort to lose fat and add some muscle - principally because this product seems quite similar to Promax diet but is MUCH better VFM even with the savings that you guys offer on Maximuscle products ... do you think that this should work or can you recommend an alternative meal replacement?
this is the best all in one that we can offer you. it has the best quality proteins, top notch creatine and BCAA's and good complex carbs that wont add too many calories to your diet. you are right that promax is not good value and i personally think its nowhere near the quality of synergy. as far as a meal replacement goes for adding some muscle without the fat this is the one for you.

hi pete, the synergy is a very good product for building size and strength, however it does contain a moderate amount of carbs which would be detremental to what you are trying to achieve. if i were you i would go with the lean degree and PHD pharma whey. the pharma whey will aid you much better in losing body fat and keeping your strength and muscle. if you want the creatine content of the synergy, PHD do a very good micronized creatine monohydrate.

Hi, I'm 42 years of age, 6' tall and weigh 14 stone 6 pounds and have recently started weight training again to lose after some 20 years off. I started training to tone up the midsection and to rebuild my muscles, which seem to have slipped from my chest to my stomach!
I have been training for four weeks now and my muscles are responding well, having built up and defined quite a bit from what I started with, adding ½ inch on my arms and chest. I would recommend taking it as well as your meals.
Have read these question and answers. There is a conflict of information being supplied.I person stage you shouldn't take iso 7 with milk as it hinder protein absorb, another person say's you can. Then again one say's a tub should last a month if taking 2 serving a day another say's 15 days. At the moment I take Iso 7 with milk twice a day, is this OK or is it best with water. I also on training days add a raw egg into the drink prior to training. I have only been using this for nearly 3 weeks but it since to being working.

I would recommend going for the pharma gain. To build your self back up I would be eating 40grams of protein and 40 grams of carbs every 3-4 hours

I have recently started using this product, before this i was using Maximuscle's cyclone, i would take one shake in the morning and one after training. However I am slightly confused when i should have the shakes.Can i take one in the morning and one after training or is it best to follow the reccomended use of one 60-90 mins before training and then one after training? Hi, i have recently started using Synergy-Iso7, I train 4-5 times a week in the evenings, the recommended usage is one shake before training and one after. I follow these guidelins, however do i need to take a simple whey protein shake in the morning and then have the 2 Iso7 shakes before and after training later on in the day?
Also on the days i do not train, is it ok for me to have 2 whey protein shakes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Or do i need to use Iso7 everyday and if so, when?

Hi, My question is about PHD Diet Whey and PHD Synergy. Which one is best to achieve my goals. I am 43, been in training for 6 months. My inital target was to lose weight, done that, gone from 14.5 stone to 11 stone 10, through spinning and lots of exercise, so really pleased. Now im really into my gym work, combining cardio, ie spinning and treadmill, wih alternate weights days. Hi there just need some advise, i go to the gym 3 times a week weight training with a bit of cardio. have dropped from 13.7st to 11.7st since nov with no supplements, i want to now get rid of some extra body fat and pack on some muscle (especially my arms) is this the product for me? or would they pharma whey and creatine work better?
