Hi there, I want to give this a try but not sure if I shoudl use this or stick with my mormal purchase or the pharma whey. I'm trying to get leaner as well as bigger but not sure if the carbs will help. Can you advise if this product will help me and replace the whey protein?

This can only be used as a post workout shake so you couldnt replace this for your whey. You could add it to the supplements you use already and take whey throughout the day and recovery PWO.

I am currently exercising intensively wile trying to get throug a 9-5 job. I feel quite tired and I wanted to purchase this product to speed up recovery and feel better the next day.
The issue is that I normally have problems to sleep when I take vitamins or whey protein or such products. will this product disturb me sleep?

I am currently training in Muay Thai Boxing which requires me to keep my weight within a certain weight category, will taking this lead to weight gain as i am training twice a day, 6 times a week and looking for an effective recovery supplement.

Ye si would recommend using this straight away. It will help to increase recovery speed and also help with glycogen replishment. Recovery is desigend to prevent lactic acid build up too, so all the aches and pains after training are not as bad using recovery 2:1
