I have recently purchased Pharma Whey HT+ and was considering this product deal. I am 6ft 2 and and trying to bulk up with a gym routine 2-3 times a week and have some fat on my belly. Would this product also help with the fat and muscle build? What mix of shakes should i use?
It is impossible to bulk up and lose fat.
To bulk up you must increase your calorie intake
To lose fat you should reduce you calorie intake
Yuo will be trying to do two oppsing things
Bulk up first then fat burn

Hello. There are 30 servings in Synergy 2Kg? 2 a day is recommended dose. That enough for 15 days only? 120 Lean Degree tabs, 2 doses (of 2 tablets) a day will last me 30 days? Am I getting this right? Or do I take half the recommended dose for Synergy when using with Lean Degree?

I weigh under 10 stone. I still have a little stubborn fat on my belly. Other than that I'm lean. I want rid of the extra fat and like to put on a little muscle. I only use body weight exercises (Now with 20lb vest from you). Maybe 1/2 a dose before and after training (1 dose a day) will be enough for me?

Hi, I have a very time consuming job which means i don't get to gym while around half past 8 on the night, i saw on just the lean degree details that you shouldn't take this product after 5pm, but im after losing the excess fat from my stomach and toning up more to give more definition, my dilemma is what can i have after gym to repair my muscles? can you advise on what would help for both issues?

Take the synergy after training to repair muscle, and you can take the lean degree in the morning before breakfast and again at 5pm. The reason you dont take later than 5pm is because it could disturb sleep.

I want to bulk up by about 2 stones but want to get that ripped look as well. should i concentrate on bulking with synergy and other proteins and then take the lean degree to cut or take both at same time to get leaner muscle? thanks
Dear Rob,
Chose one option or the other, not both. I would say bulk to gain the required weight and then switch over to burning bodyfat. Synergy would be an ideal product to aid in mass and strength.

Hi there. I am currently looking at losing around 1.5 stone ASAP I am currently training twice a day 1.5 hours cardio in morning and weights in afternoon. I currently have Synergy and lean degree tablets. How long should it take till i see a noticeable difference? How long is this offer staying on for?
