What is the maximum weight this bar can hold?

Is it possible to subsitue some of the lower weights for heavier ones because it may not hold all the plates at once on the bar

Just wondering, are these the olympic 2 inch hole weights? And also can you use these weights on a set of dumbell bars?

Yes these are the standard olympic plates and bar, the plates are completley transferable to the olvmpic dumb bells aswell
