yes you could use this alongside cell mass, try not to consume more than 10g creatine daily.

Would this be good to take 20-30mins before training while still having my PHD iso 7 right after training? & will it also help with muscle building?

The product will help give you an edge in the gym when training, so it will indirectly help you to build muscle as you will be able to lift heavier for longer. Taking it 30 mins before training is ideal, and synergy post workout is fine.

Is it best to cycle this product, or can you use it continually, if cycling, how long for and how long between cycles?

This product is best used when cycled. It can be used all year round but your body will become accustomed to the effects of it and it will not be as strong if you use for long periods of time. I would cycle a month on and a month off.
