Hi,
I work out (weights) 4 times a week and I normally use the ISO-7 product after my training. However, as I would like to gain weight/size (I am 178cm and 67kg) I am thinking about trying the Allmax Nutrition Quick Mass product instead. I would like to know if Allmax will be as effective as an after-work-out supplement - mainly if I will get the same ammount of protein per serving (say per 100g)? Please advice if I should try and switch to Allmax from ISO-7. Many thanks // Mads

I would definatly stick with synergy for the post workout drink. Synergy has better quality ingredients than the all max product.
