Hi, Im not overweight at all, i just have around 3 pounds im wanting to lose,tone up around my stomach, without bulking up! I exercise regularly, normally 3/4 times a week with running for 40-50 mins at 11.4 kmph and also do few sit ups and light weights. I also eat very healthy, but it seems to be hard to lose these extra pounds. Would the promax diet prove to be benifical? How long would i have to stay on it?
