Hi, Ive been weight training for 3 months whilst using Maximuscle Progain...Now for almost a month, no matter how i change my training and the amount of shakes/food i increase with more protein, ive stopped gaining. I increased scoops as it said but to 3 - 4 shakes a day is getting well expensive. I fancy a change but done this a year or so ago, it went all wrong and i dropped. What do you suggest? I see this has loads of calories in and is gd on protein? Or the Optimum Nutrition Whey? Loads of people rate it, however i keep hearing PHD pop up all over the place? Whey / Iso etc etc..Nothing about maximuscle and i thought they were the leaders or so they claim? So can you suggest anything? Im still only 10 1/2 stone, no fat and i look toned...however i want to get my muscles looking pretty huge without taking something thats going to put a layer of fat over my abs? Hi i am looking to gain mass ive already tried phd pharma gain but found there wasnt enough calories in it im currently eating around 2500 and was told to aim for 4000 but struggle to get the extra with just food but i dont want to gain much fat as i already weigh 12s 10lb will this do the job. thanks

This would be a good product to go for if your struggling to get the kcals in. You would have to expect some bodyfat increases when using a weight gainer however

Thank you for your question regarding Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass
This is a good product to use when wanting to gain extra weight and mass. The drink is a high calorie drink so i would advise consuming it twice daily once in a morning and once post workout. I would also look at a similar product by PhD called Pharma Gain which is also effective when wanting to put weight on.

Hi I'm currently 10st and badly want to gain muscle. I want to gain but don't want to gain a lot of fat that I don't get a good looking physique. Would you suggest this product for me as using it 3/4 times a week as before I gym? Would I need to do cardio 4/5 times a week to take the far away?
