“ I'd always been anti wraps as I thought they were a step too far but after the beginnings of joint paints I felt them necessary. At first they feel a bit weird but once you get used to them they really give you that confidence to train even harder! ”

Hi circuits,bootcamp and kettle bell classes as some of my workouts throughout te week so i do alot of squats and work with weights running is paticulaly bad on my knees and i feel i need some really good support! do these wraps come as a set of 2? or is there any others that may suit. kind regards Tracy Parker
