Diet Whey:

Use 2-3 servings of Diet Whey™ daily to help ensure a lean and toned physique. Use at any stage throughout the day when a high-protein kick-start to the metabolism is needed.
For Men: Add 2 scoops of Diet Whey™ to 350ml of ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds. Diet Whey™ provides a smooth, full-bodied shake to enhance satiety throughout the day and help to stop sugar cravings to meet physique and performance goals.

Lean Degree:

Hi I asked a question earlier whats the best way to build lean muscle and at the same time getting rid of my tummy (struglling!). I do moderate cardio (football) and three weight sessions a week. I have read that this could be a good stack to achieve this. Can you please advise me if this is a good way of doing it, and what the dosage should be when taking them together (also do I have time off the lean degree). I dont want to lose any gains I have achieved with ISO 7, but would swap to this if recommended Please help! Lee

Hi, I am trying to lose a bit of weight and tone around ab area. I am already using the diet whey. Is it a good idea to combine it with the lean degree and are there any side effects ? I do quite a lot of cardio/weight training but have become stagnant. Need a final push.

Hi I am interested in buying the Protein whey diet and have seen the deal to buy the Lean dregree at half price. Please can you tell me if this is suitable for ladies. I am already going to the gym 3 times a week, My muscle build is already about as big as I want it to be, I really need to burn fat from my mid region though, still have quite a beer belly. What would you recommend as the best supplements to help me burn this fat and tone without bulking up too much more if at all than what I already am.
