After the loading period what time of day should i take the daily 5g dose?
also is the loading stage only for the first ever time you use it, or is it something you have to do each time you breakaway for, say a month and come back on it?

Yes I would do it in 4 week cycles. You need to do the loading every time you start a new cycle.
