For best results, complete a loading phase to saturate your muscles with creatine, followed by a maintenance phase to maintain your muscle creatine levels.
LOADING
Mix 1 level scoop (5g) with water or your preferred drink. Take 4 times a day for the first 5 days. Thereafter, take a maintenance dose.
MAINTENANCE
After the loading phase, take 1 scoop (5g) in the morning and a second scoop after training or in the afternoon.

Hi i have just ordered this and was wondering how long would one tub last me if i took it as directed, including the loading dosages for 5 days?
also, do i need to take this on non workout days to get the best possible results? Thanks

IS THIS PRODUCT THE BEST OR GOOD FOR GAINING WEIGHT AND INCREASING MUSCLE MASS AND SIZE, IF NOT COULD YOU RECOMEND A BETTER PRODUCT. I AM QUITE SMALL AND FIND IT DIFFICULT TO GAIN WEIGHT.

I am looking for somthing to mix with my maximuscle promax, would this be suitable for this purpose, maybe to take twice a day, also is there any other products which I should consider instead? And what else could I mix it with other than protein.
